Chicken Tikka
Ingredients
Chicken Boneless Maryland or Breast –1kg
Oil – 100 ml
Salt – 30 gm
Cumin Powder – 50 gm
Garam Masala Powder – 20 gm
Chilly powder (Medium strength) – 30 gm
Sweet paprika – 40 gm
(for colour and flavour )
Yoghurt (thick) – 200 gm
Ginger Paste – 20 gm
Garlic paste – 20 gm
Fenugreek Leaves Powder – 10 gm
Colour Orange – Optional
Method :
Cut chicken into even size pieces. Mix all and rest for at least 4 hour and then either BBQ or cook in a pre heated oven 220 C or cook in Tandoor for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot with salad and mint sauce.
Note: Try out the recipe and adjust accordingly to the strength of the spices
